Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to the Training Dashboard limited beta. By using the application, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Beta service

Training Dashboard is an independently operated beta product. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed as the product is tested and improved. The service is not an official product of any university or athletic department.

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not access another user's data without permission or use the service to violate law, team policy, or another person's rights.

Athlete and coach data

Athletes control their personal readiness, recovery, and note information. Approved coaches may access accepted athletes and update only supported coach-managed training fields. Users are responsible for obtaining any consent required before entering or sharing another person's information.

Google services

Google Sign-In and the optional Google Sheets integration are governed by Google's applicable terms. An approved coach who connects Google Sheets authorizes Training Dashboard to read selected spreadsheet data for the training-import feature. Users may disconnect the integration from Settings.

Not medical advice

Readiness scores, pain locations, recovery information, and training summaries are organizational tools. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring. Users should seek qualified medical care for injuries, illness, or urgent concerns.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, probe or bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape private data, impersonate another person, or use the application for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.

Availability and warranties

The beta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data preservation, fitness for a particular training purpose, or that all errors will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Training Dashboard and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the beta. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or terminated to protect users, comply with law, address misuse, or end the beta. Users may stop using the service and request deletion of their account information at any time.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the beta evolves. Continued use after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
