Training Dashboard
Terms of Use
Version 2026-08-07 ยท Effective August 7, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of the Training Dashboard private beta offered through runtrainingdashboard.com ("Training Dashboard," "we," "us," or "our"). Newly approved participants must affirmatively accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy and Health Data Notice before opening the dashboard. Participants already approved when these Terms are updated may receive an in-app notice while access continues. Merely viewing a public page is not acceptance.
Eligibility and beta access
You may use the beta only if you are individually approved and provide accurate account information. Access is personal and may not be shared. We may require renewed acceptance when the service or legal documents materially change.
Independent beta
Training Dashboard is independently operated and is not an official product, service, endorsement, or publication of any university, athletic department, medical provider, or team. Team names and private appearance settings identify operational context only and do not grant a right to use another organization's marks.
Account responsibilities
Keep your Google and Training Dashboard access secure, use your own identity, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not enter information about another person unless you are authorized to do so. Coaches must use athlete information only for the authorized coaching purpose and must follow applicable team and institutional requirements.
Coach access and athlete authorization
Coach access requires current approval, an accepted head-coach relationship, and a current authorization record describing the recipients, information categories, purpose, and duration. The authorization covers the identified head coach and current or future assistants assigned by the application administrator to that head coach's program. Existing accepted beta relationships may receive a scoped grandfathered operator record after participants are notified of this update; future relationships require a separate in-app athlete authorization. Authorization remains active until the athlete withdraws it or the head-coach relationship ends. Withdrawal ends future program coaching access and associated synchronization but does not by itself delete historical records.
Approved head coaches and assistants may update only supported coach-managed fields. Head coaches retain roster, team-group, reminder-default, and Google Sheets ownership. Athletes remain responsible for the accuracy of information they enter. The service's access controls do not replace professional, institutional, or legal duties that apply to a coach or team.
Health and safety boundary
Readiness scores, limiter labels, pain locations, illness responses, recovery checklists, and training summaries are communication and organization tools. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, injury clearance, or a substitute for an athletic trainer or other qualified professional.
The application is not continuously monitored and must not be used for urgent or emergency communication. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate medical professional for urgent concerns. Never continue activity solely because the application displays a favorable score or status.
Google services
Google Sign-In and the optional Google Sheets integration are also governed by Google's terms. An approved, entitled coach may authorize only specific coach-owned files selected through Google Picker and must have authority to map each worksheet to the athlete whose information it contains.
For an active mapping, Training Dashboard may read and write managed date, weekly-mileage, workout-session, and athlete-note cells. App saves may update the Sheet automatically; Sheet changes enter the app through an authorized Refresh. Users must review reported duplicate dates, formulas, conflicting edits, and setup errors. Disconnecting stops future synchronization but does not delete the Sheet or previously synchronized data.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass access controls, access another person's account or data without authorization, introduce malicious code, scrape private data, overload the service, impersonate another person, or use the beta for unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, deceptive, or unsafe conduct.
Privacy and participant requests
The Privacy and Health Data Notice describes collection, sharing, retention, coach authorization, export, correction, deletion, and consent-withdrawal procedures. You may stop using the service and submit a tracked request from Settings.
Availability and account action
This is a limited beta. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed. Access may be suspended or terminated to protect participants, investigate misuse, comply with law or institutional requirements, or end the beta. Where practical, participants will be given a chance to export data before a planned closure.
Disclaimers and liability
The beta is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. Training Dashboard does not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect data preservation, error-free synchronization, medical suitability, or fitness for a particular training purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Training Dashboard is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the beta. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and governing law
Material revisions receive a new version. Depending on the change and the participant's account status, Training Dashboard may provide an in-app notice or require affirmative acceptance before dashboard access resumes. California law governs these Terms, without overriding any mandatory law that applies to a participant.
