Training and notes
Athletes can maintain their calendar, workouts, splits, race plans, and personal training notes.
Private team beta
Training Dashboard is an independently operated endurance training and readiness application for approved athletes and coaches to coordinate training, review athlete-reported readiness, and keep team context in one place.
What it does
Athletes can maintain their calendar, workouts, splits, race plans, and personal training notes.
Daily readiness submissions help coaches identify athletes who may need attention before practice.
Approved coaches can review accepted athletes, organize groups, and update supported training fields.
Optional coach integration
Google Sheets is an optional beta integration available only to coaches individually enabled by a Training Dashboard administrator. An enabled coach may use Google Picker to authorize specific coach-owned training spreadsheets and map each selected worksheet to an accepted athlete.
For an active mapping, app saves can update the managed date, weekly mileage, workout-session, and athlete-note cells in the selected Sheet. A coach or athlete can use Refresh to bring later changes from those managed cells back into the app. Training Dashboard does not delete the spreadsheet, worksheet, or unrelated cells.
Google authorization tokens remain server-side and are not exposed to athletes or browser code. Connection and setup controls are hidden from users who have not been granted access, and an enabled coach can disconnect the integration from Settings to stop future synchronization.
Limited beta. Training Dashboard is currently limited to individually approved team participants. It is independently operated and is not an official institutional or medical service. Readiness information is a communication aid, not medical care or emergency monitoring.
Support
Training Dashboard is a private team beta offered through runtrainingdashboard.com. Email jpcuber8@gmail.com for support. Authenticated users can download their data or submit a tracked privacy request from Settings.
