Use this as the final check before leaving.
Practice Requirements are non-negotiable. Check those before you leave.
Immediate post-run reset only. Full recovery and sleep protocols live elsewhere.
Handle fuel, hydration, gear, mobility, and quick workout notes before you move on.
Use this as a non-saved daily reference for nutrition, hydration, recovery tools, and sleep. Checks are temporary and do not save to your training history.
Skim the guide, check items if it helps in the moment, and move on. Historical readiness tracking will live in Tools later.
Connect or import a training year sheet. Sheet name example: 25-26. Reads columns A-D, and refresh keeps other training years.
Add or replace only the dates you enter here. This does not replace all training years.
Examples: 3/4 3mi · 3/4 Wed 6mi + strides · 3/4 Rest day

Sauna, recovery, nutrition, and sleep reference guides.
Sauna is a training stimulus. Treat it like training: useful when managed well, but it can take away from recovery if timing, hydration, sleep, or fueling are off.
In-season timing matters. Sauna is generally best introduced at the beginning of a training block so your body can gradually acclimate.
Do not casually add sauna late in a block like it is passive recovery.
If unsure how to implement sauna, ask coach or Erik. Treat this as part of training.
A quick reference for recovery tools after practice: what each tool is for and when to use it.
Use the 4 R’s to keep recovery simple: refuel, repair, rehydrate, and rest.
Keep sleep consistent and boring. Same wake time, less light at night, enough total hours, and a repeatable routine.
Wake up at the same time, nap later.
Manage account, training year, coach access, and sync setup.
Manage the Google authorization used for coach-managed sheet refreshes.
Google Sheets authorization is managed by approved coaches.
Set this once and leave it alone unless the training year changes.
25–26 means August 2025 through July 2026. So 9/15 becomes 2025-09-15, while 5/7 becomes 2026-05-07.
